In September of last year, there were rumors that Foxconn is looking for help from Apple to acquire Sharp Corporation, those rumors have reported that Foxconn company is seeking funding from the Apple company to complete the transaction.
Now according to a new report recently released by the Wall Street Journal the US, it seems that Foxconn plans to pay US $ 5.3 billion for the company Sharp with the knowledge that the latter refused several offers made by Foxconn company in the past. As you probably know, Fsharkp Sharp currently responsible for manufacturing the screens of many Apple products including the iPhone and Ouhaat iPad phones, and this will be of course a good step for the company Foxconn given that the latter is one of the largest companies, which oversees the manufacturing of Apple products, including the iPhone and Ouhaat iPad and Mac computers and many other Apple mobile devices.
It is not clear yet whether the company before Sharp accepted the tempting offer made by the company and Foxconn's US $ 5.3 billion, although it is now reported that this price is double the price received by the Sharp company of one of the other companies.
