Google Apps Drive office now allows you to open and edit Microsoft Office files :
Google announced this week that it has released a new update to Google Drive applications which include Google Docs and Google Sheets addition to Google Slides, and the move comes from Google after the company last week to update the same applications on the iOS platform.
